This sculpture was manufactured by Franklin Mint and designed by Lladro sculptor Fulgencio García. Lladro’s unmistakable soft palette and graceful lines make a beautiful sensual display. Her smile is always ready to great you and her flowers never fade. Designed by Fulgenico Garcia, one of Lladro’s best known sculptors. Born in Valencia in 1915, Fulgencio García was educated at the Saint Charles Academy of Fine Arts. He was a painter and sculptor of classicist style. In 1945 he won a prize at the National Exhibition of Fine Arts in Madrid. His collaboration with porcelain company Lladró began then. He created the series of figurines that identify the style of the company in the world markets. Measures approximately 4.75″ wide x 9.5″ tall. Marked on the bottom and Fulgencio name engraved on the base by the scissors. Great addition to any Lladro or vintage figurine collection. Wonderful gift for a Lladro collector.
